What does the Shake It Programme Involve?

It involves an Intense Phase and a Pulse Phase.

 

The Intense Phase for the first 6 weeks requires strict adherence to the chosen dietary plan.

This establishes new eating habits and maximises initial weight losses. Personalised patient behavioural change education commences during this time. Consume 2 meals a day following the Shake It meal plan options pulse one meal replacement (20g protein per serve).
